Hawai'i's property and casualty insurance professionals came together for a day of learning, camaraderie, and friendship at the 2026 All-Industry Day presented by the Hawaii Chapter CPCU Society and HIIA.
Held on September 11 at the Honolulu Country Club, this year's event embraced the theme "Striving and Thriving," reflecting a community that keeps reaching for more while finding strength and steadiness along the way. Attendees earned continuing education credit led by local and national industry experts, spanning D&O, fire investigations, and water damage restoration. Keynote speaker Angela Ripley, CIC, CRM, AIS, LUTCF, chair of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, shared her perspective on the road ahead for independent agents. Sherry A. McFadden, Immediate Past President of the CPCU Society, conferred the designation on four new CPCUs — Xavier Aquiat, Michael Cofran, Chang Mo Kang, and Ryan Zane and gave an incredible speech on engagement. The day also included a donation to the Hawai'i Foodbank, underscoring the industry's commitment to professionalism, education, and the community it serves.
